As CEO, President, and founder of 4SiGHT Supply Chain Group, Frank is responsible for ensuring the success of all 4SiGHT client projects. A 27-year veteran of the Supply Chain Execution industry, he has a deep understanding of supply chain software, material handling and sortation systems, facility layout, and the latest best practices in warehousing and distribution across many industries. As a trusted advisor, Frank also assists 4SiGHT clients with supply chain software strategy and solution design leveraging his extensive implementation and strategic consulting background. He is instrumental in helping clients understand the challenges involved in supply chain software implementation projects and helps identify the right strategy, resource plan, risks and associated budget for each unique engagement. Prior to founding 4SiGHT in 2009, Frank was Vice President of Implementation Services at ESYNC and TranSystems. He also served as a Senior Project Manager for a Tier 1 Supply Chain Execution software provider. Frank is one of Supply & Demand Chain Executive’s Pros to Know and has authored many thought leadership pieces for key industry publications. He has led 4SiGHT to 3-time recipient of Manhattan Partner of the year, 3-time INC 5000 Fastest Growing Companies in America, 4-time Consulting Magazine’s Fastest Growing Consulting Firms in America, INC Magazine’s 2017 Best Workplaces, and has led 4SiGHT to numerous supply chain industry Top 100 awards making 4SiGHT a leading supply chain consulting, engineering and IT services firm.

As Principal for 4SiGHT, Greg is responsible for the success of client partnerships worldwide. He brings more than 24 years of experience helping companies in many industries improve their supply chains by leveraging best-in-class technology, consulting, and engineering solutions. Greg ensures client needs are identified and met by aligning the right resources and solutions. He provides strong project leadership and execution skills, understanding of distribution and fulfillment operations and technology, and extensive knowledge of how supply chain solution providers position, sell, and implement their solutions. Greg is a long-time member of the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals (CSCMP) and has been recognized as a Supply & Demand Chain Executive Pro to Know.

As 4SiGHT’s Vice President of Consulting and Automation Services, Jeff is responsible for delivering exceptional quality and value through our Centers of Excellence and Supply Chain Execution software practices. During his 35+ years in the supply chain industry, he has developed extensive warehouse consulting and design experience, as well as deep knowledge of material handling and software systems implementation. Ross joined 4SiGHT from Swisslog, where he was Vice President of Consulting and, more recently, Vice President of Implementation. Prior to his work at Swisslog, Ross held senior-level roles at FORTE (acquired by Swisslog in 2015), TranSystems, ESYNC, and Miebach Logistics. He is among Supply & Demand Chain Executive’s Pros to Know and has contributed numerous articles to prominent industry publications.

As 4SiGHT’s Vice President of Marketing, Jenae is responsible for managing all aspects of our brand awareness, demand generation, event management, social media, market research, public relations, and corporate communications. She leads, designs, and executes marketing strategies to help grow new and existing 4SiGHT services. Jenae has more than 10 years of experience helping software and technology firms expand their reach through innovative marketing and business development initiatives. Prior to joining 4SiGHT, she held marketing leadership positions at Spok (formerly Amcom Software) and HighJump Software (now Körber). Her expertise includes developing and executing demand generation campaigns, building brand presence, and connecting supply chain practitioners with compelling industry content and thought leadership.

As a Senior Director, Tina is ultimately responsible for supporting 4SiGHT’s Manhattan Associates and Blue Yonder service offerings. She brings more than 20 years of experience designing and deploying Supply Chain Execution software. Tina has led numerous 4SiGHT clients through tactical implementation projects and leverages her extensive Manhattan Associates and Blue Yonder knowledge to help clients transform their supply chains. Prior to joining 4SiGHT in 2010, Tina served as a Senior Consultant for ESYNC and TranSystems. She leverages her career-long industry experience to help 4SiGHT clients implement, upgrade, and optimize the Manhattan Associates and Blue Yonder solution suites. Tina was most recently recognized by Supply & Demand Chain Executives magazine as a Pros to Know for helping clients successfully deploy leading supply chain software applications to strengthen their fulfillment, transportation & omnichannel operations.

As a Senior Director of Solutions Delivery, Emily is responsible for establishing the project methodology, documentation standards, and training for the 4SiGHT solutions delivery staff. With over 23 years of experience in IT project management and leadership, Emily has served in nearly every role within an implementation project, including Business Analyst, Project Manager, and Senior Director. At 4SiGHT, she provides client-side project management for Körber and Manhattan Warehouse Management System (WMS) implementations and has extensive experience with functional requirements analysis, full lifecycle software development, test plan development, and execution, training, testing, and delivery. She is one of Supply & Demand Chain Executive’s 2022 Pros to Know, an accolade she received at 4SiGHT for her outstanding project management, implementation, and solution delivery prowess, as well as her leadership skills and breadth of experience.

As a Senior Director of Solutions Delivery, Jon is responsible for overseeing implementation projects for 4SiGHT’s Professional Services Organization. He has over 25 years of experience in the supply chain industry and brings extensive global and regional management knowledge to his role. Jon has tremendous expertise in implementing the Körber Warehouse Management System (WMS) and also works with the Manhattan WMOS product. He has helped many clients transform their supply chains through successful implementation projects and has led the design of enterprise solutions for customers ranging from Fortune 500 enterprises to small, single-location companies. Jon has also designed and implemented integrated WMS-Transportation Management System (TMS) projects including global planning for enterprise supply chains across the world.

As a Senior Director of Solutions Delivery, Wendy is responsible for overseeing implementation projects for 4SiGHT’s Professional Services Organization. She brings over 25 years of experience to her integral roles in project management, process improvement analysis, functional analysis, and production support troubleshooting. Wendy has served in a variety of roles on Warehouse Management System (WMS) implementation projects, including Project Manager, Functional Designer, Business Analyst, and Production Support. Wendy specializes in project management, design, quality assurance, testing, training, and implementation. She has designed and implemented process improvement programs for several WMS applications and acted as an Implementation Specialist for clients to monitor and assist with all areas of systems and operations. Wendy has extensive experience in industries including retail, direct-to-consumer, 3rd-party logistics, and manufacturing.
