Attendees of the OHL presentation titled “Driving Results with a High Performance Labor Management Program” will hear how OHL partnered with 4SiGHT and JDA to drive sustainable productivity improvement across 25 U.S. distribution centers. 4SiGHT’s Director of Workforce Optimization Brian Ehlenberg will present alongside OHL Senior Director of Continuous Improvement Mark Kidwell. At the Rent-A-Center presentation, “Rent-A-Center’s Road to Success: Multiple Warehouse Rollout”, attendees will learn how the furniture and electronics rent-to-own company partnered with 4SiGHT and JDA on a successful eight-month rollout of the JDA Warehouse Management System across 25 sites. 4SiGHT Senior Associate Vanaja Yarlagadda will present alongside Rent-A-Center’s Director of Logistics Engineering Marcus Lathrop and Senior Manager of Distribution Systems Jacob Perez. The speakers will discuss the implementation challenges, project approach and key success factors of this highly successful deployment.
